Health & Wellness Environment
Spa Lamar is a relaxing environment. For your peace and privacy, cell phones and other electronic devices are not recommended in relaxation areas and are not permitted in treatment rooms.
Arrival & Etiquette
We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This gives us time to help familiarize you with the facilities and allows you to relax before your experiences begin. If arriving late, please note that all treatments end on time, regardless of the start time.
Please leave jewelry and other valuables at home. We invite you to take advantage of our spa and facilities for the entire day of your spa treatments (or with a daily Day Pass) — including our co-ed relaxation area complete with an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool, showers, and dry sauna. Our Eucalyptus Steam Room is temporarily closed but will reopen at a later date.
Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of. Robes, towels, and sandals are not included with your spa services, but you are welcome to bring your own. You may also rent them for $10 each if you prefer. You will receive a locker for your personal belongings. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured our therapists are highly trained in correct draping procedures for your complete privacy. Please bring a swimsuit to enjoy our amenities.
We are currently not serving food. Spa guests are welcome to bring in food items as long as it is eaten at the outdoor pool area.
Additional gratuities for exceptional service can be added to your bill upon checkout.
Payment for Services
We require a valid credit card number to confirm all spa reservations. For your convenience, payment for spa services is settled upon the conclusion of your treatment.
If you must reschedule or cancel any spa appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged fees. Missed appointments without proper notice may be subject to the full charge for all reserved services.
